Bringing Dignity to BiPolar: An Evening with Aaron Klein

Bringing Dignity to BiPolar, An Evening with Aaron Lloyd Klein
The Old Mille Cafe
3949 North Ohio Street
San Diego, CA 92104
December 3rd @7pm
Suggested Donation $10

I have been there. I have been strapped to the bed in the Quiet Room. I have been through hundreds of hours of therapy. I have taken therapeutic drugs for the last ten years. I've been in the hospital many times because of my Bipolar Disorder. Can you tell a difference between myself and any other successful professional? Absolutely not, and I'll explain why: I know the secrets to beating the disease. I know how to push through all the pain. I know what patients need most when they are really hurting. And I know that when someone is sitting in the hospital, looking for some answers, they need to speak with someone like me - so I developed the Bringing Dignity to BiPolar Disorder.Seminar. It contains all the information that a patient needs. The Bringing Dignity Seminar explains how to successfully complete a hospital stay, how to get back into the school/work routine, how to use a support system, how to get enough sleep, how to take medication and go to therapy, and most of all, it teaches patients how to stay alive!!!

There is more to Bipolar than just moodswings and some ups and downs. During and Evening with Aaron Klein you will learn to identify triggers which cause emotional upsets, as well as manage mood swings with changes in sleep, diet, exercise, and enviroment. You will learn about side effects of popular prescription drugs to treat this disorder, and natural therapies now available. You will be able to help care for a loved one or family member with these simple guidelines as well as recognizing when hospitalization may be in order. You will also learn about the effects on children and how they differ from adults.

This is a powerful story of transfomation. It is a story of ego and esteem, arrogance, and confidence, entitlement, and purpose, death, immortality of spirit, love and nurturing. It is a story that will reach the inner child.
