Good Food, Good People, Good Times at Hope Potluck Grill Out #3

Greetings to my fellow medical cannabis patients, friends, and family! Hope Pot Luck #3 is Thursday August 27th at 7pm.
I expect possibly the largest group we have ever had. In order for the meeting to function and be an environment of healing, it is more important than ever we medical cannabis patients remember to treat each other with kindness and respect. We are building an informed, caring community of medical patients. We are helping to support each other as we go through the ups and downs of life. This isn't about money, or status. This is about healing and remembering that we are not alone on this journey! There are other patients who care and want to hear your story.
Let us remember that the core purpose of the group is to provide a safe place for medical cannabis patients to learn from each other.
Let nothing get in the way of our healing!
We deserve a friendly place to be ourselves and share openly and honestly what we are going through.
It is ok to be yourself at Hope!
Please bring extra chairs if you have them just in case. Any hope members that have an extra folding table (card table) please let the group know.
All are welcome at the Hope Support Pot-Luck Dinner
Bring a dish of food to share with the group. If everyone brings something to eat we can have a big feast. If only a few people bring food thereis no way we can possibly feed 75 patients! Even a bag of chips or a 2 Liter of soda is an item.
I know we have a few chefs in the group!
The Hope Group strives to create an environment of healing and tolerance. Together we can help each other learn and grow.
The last hope meeting really helped me in many ways. .
Share your experience and give your personal input, meet other patients, growers, caregivers, friends and family of the San Diego medical cannabis community!

This is a relaxed, "chill" place, to make new friends, share your story with others who care and want to listen, and learn about San Diego cannabis politics.

Anyone with an IPOD or MP3 player with some Reggae, Chill Marley music please bring we can hook it up to some speakers we have!
The Hope Group could use some chill music to help us socialize and make new friends.

Onsite medicaing is allowed for medical patients. There will be an area where patients may use their medication. Please be responsible with your cannabis use.
Please bring your Dr.'s Recommendation with you for your protection as well as the group.

Although we do practice free speech, and may refer you to a cannabis club, WE ARE NOT A DISPENSARY, OR A DISTRIBUTION CENTER!
Strain identification class. Learn more about what types of medical cannabis may work for your condition!

First Hope Unlimited & Farm AC Collective Trash Pick Up a Great Success!

Today Five Medical Cannabis Patient Members of Hope Unlimited and Farm AC Collective spent Saturday Morning Cleaning up around the Clairemont Area Building and Parking Lot. It was very inspiring for me to spend time with other patients. It takes real dedication to volunteer time on a beautiful Saturday morning in Sunny San Diego. I am impressed that several patients who deal with chronic pain or major depression displayed the courage to overcome obstacles to be a part of this great event! How refreshing it is to see patient members of the Farm AC Cannabis Collective volunteering their time to giveback to the Clairemont community. Today's trash pick up helped show San Diego that medical cannabis patients are motivated and concerned citizens that contribute to the community in positive ways. When we work together we can do great things and inspire the community. Thank you for all of your help and hard work!
The Hope Group and the San Diego medical cannabis community look forward to a September Trash Pick up with Food and Beverages for all who participate. Together we can help each other make it through another day. Keep Hope Alive....

San Diego Medical Cannabis Patient Voluteer Opportunity to Pick up trash and contribute positively to your community.
Let's break stereotypes through positive actions!

Meet at 6070 Mount Alifan Behind CoCo's at Noon on Saturday August 22nd
We will have a cooler of soda and water for to keep us all hydrated as we help keep Clairemont free of trash.

There will also be trashbags and gloves for the hard working cannabis patient volunteers who want to help change San Diego's
stereotype of the "stoner" and "profiteer" and lazy "weed people".
We are kind, compassionate, and motivated medical patients who really care about our community. We will work to show San Diego we care through continuous positive community actions.
See you there!
