I really respect you Todd for standing up for safe access. Thank you again for visiting the Hope Group, and for being compassioante towards our members. This issue is controversial and makes many people very emotional. I believe a balance can be reaced between concerned citizens and legitimate medical needs of San Diego cannabis patients. I think everyone in the Hope Group can say that we as patients don't want our medicine being diverted to the black martket, or to children. We can all agree we do not want a dispensary to become a nuisance to the area. By developing sound guidelines that meet the needs of everyone involved, we can ensure safe access becomes a reality in San Diego. In the meantime, it should be noted that not a single Business Tax Certificate is being issued to any cannabis club, and all previous certificates are being revoked. So while the task force gets up and running these clubs are running at the risk of being sent to prison for providing medicine to patients. All Tax Certificate Zoning Approvals for active clubs are going to be revoked. Please help patients not get caught up in this legal loophole. Thousands of medical cannabis patients are currently at risk of being forced to go back to the black market for their medicine. It is wrong. I believe in you Todd. Please help us!
